About RumiEX

A trading workspace built around better decisions.

Good trades follow a sequence: see the market clearly, mark what matters, plan the risk, place the order with its exits attached, and review it afterwards. RumiEX puts every step of that sequence in one place — and lets you practise all of it before risking real money.

What we stand for

Five principles behind every decision.

  1. 01

    Practise first.

Every account starts with a funded demo wallet. Nobody should need to risk money to learn how trading works.

  2. 02

    Risk before reward.

A trade isn't planned until its stop-loss and size are. Exits live in the order panel for that reason.

  3. 03

    Freshness matters.

A price you can't trust is worse than no price. The chart tells you when updates stop.

  4. 04

    No promised returns.

No signals, no managed accounts, no 'account managers'. Trading involves risk, and we say so.

  5. 05

    Plain language about risk.

Where a product or feature has limits, we state them directly — including where it may not be permitted.

What RumiEX is

RumiEX is a trading workspace. It brings together the things a trader uses every day — live charts, technical indicators, drawing tools, order placement, demo and live wallets, funding and account security — in a single place, across four asset classes: currencies, crypto, commodities and stocks.

The platform is built around a simple idea: good trading decisions come from a clear view of the market and a plan with defined risk, made before the trade rather than during it. Everything on RumiEX is designed to support that sequence — see the market clearly, mark what matters, plan the trade, place it with its exits attached, and review it afterwards.

What the platform includes

Charts and analysis

  • Live prices streamed to the chart, with a clear warning if updates ever stop.
  • Five chart types — candlestick, OHLC, line, area and bar — and seven timeframes from one minute to one week.
  • Built-in indicators: SMA 20, SMA 50, EMA 20, Bollinger Bands and VWAP on the price chart, with RSI, MACD, ATR and the Stochastic oscillator as readouts.
  • Drawing tools including trend lines, horizontal lines, rectangles, Fibonacci retracements and Elliott Wave annotations.
  • Split view for a second chart, price alerts above or below any level, and a countdown for the current candle.

Our trading charts page describes these in detail.

Trading

  • Market, limit and stop orders, each with optional stop-loss and take-profit levels.
  • Up/Down fixed-time trades, which settle after a set time with a payout shown before you trade. These products are restricted or prohibited for retail customers in several countries; our article on Up/Down fixed-time trades explains how they work, the break-even maths and those restrictions.

Accounts and funding

  • A demo wallet on every account, funded with virtual money, using the same live prices and tools as the live account.
  • A live wallet, funded by bank wire, card or cryptocurrency, with the limits and fees for each method shown before you confirm.
  • Withdrawals that require a verified email address and approved identity verification, with every withdrawal reviewed manually and a 24-hour hold on newly added payout destinations.

Security

  • Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
  • Emailed one-time login codes and email verification.
  • A list of the devices signed in to your account, any of which you can sign out.

Our guide to getting started on RumiEX walks through setting all of this up.

How prices work on RumiEX

Instruments marked OTC are quoted by RumiEX's own pricing engine rather than taken from an external exchange. They are available around the clock, including when the underlying market is closed, and their prices are RumiEX's quotes rather than any exchange's prices. We label them clearly so you always know which kind of price you are looking at. The markets page lists every instrument currently available, with live prices.

How we think about trading

A few principles shape the platform and everything we publish:

  • Practise first. Every account starts with a funded demo wallet, so nobody needs to risk money to learn how the platform — or trading — works.
  • Risk before reward. A trade isn't planned until its stop-loss and position size are. The platform puts exit levels in the order panel for that reason.
  • Freshness matters. A price you can't trust is worse than no price, so the chart tells you when updates stop.
  • No promises of returns. Trading involves risk, and no platform can honestly guarantee profits. We don't offer signals, managed accounts or "account managers", and anyone offering them in our name is not us.
  • Plain language about risk. Where a product or feature has limits or risks, we say so directly.

Why the platform works the way it does

Several of RumiEX's design decisions exist specifically to protect traders from common, costly mistakes:

  • The freshness warning. A frozen price can look perfectly normal. Telling you when prices stop updating prevents decisions based on a price that no longer exists.
  • Exits in the order panel. Stop-loss and take-profit fields sit next to the order itself, so the exit is decided at the calmest moment — before the trade — rather than under pressure during it.
  • The candle countdown. Acting on an unfinished candle is one of the most common chart-reading errors; showing the time remaining is a simple guard against it.
  • A demo wallet on every account. Learning shouldn't require risking money.
  • Manual withdrawal review and a 24-hour hold on new payout destinations. If someone ever gains access to an account and adds their own bank details, the hold gives the real owner time to notice and act.
  • A short cancellation window on Up/Down trades. A trade can be cancelled for a full refund within five seconds of opening — enough to correct a mis-click, not long enough to cancel only the trades that start going wrong.

Learning resources

The RumiEX blog is organised into six series:

  • Education — reading charts, candlesticks, support and resistance, indicators and timeframes.
  • Strategy — risk management, trend following, breakouts, trading plans and testing.
  • Crypto — market cycles, Bitcoin and Ethereum, volatility, stablecoins and scams.
  • Technology — market data, latency and slippage, algorithmic trading, account security and API keys.
  • Psychology — discipline, loss aversion, FOMO, overtrading and journalling.
  • Platform — guides to RumiEX's charts, orders, demo account and Up/Down trades.

New readers can follow the six-step learning path on the blog's front page, from reading a first chart to trading a tested plan with discipline.

Editorial standards

The RumiEX blog publishes educational articles on trading education, strategy, crypto, trading technology, trading psychology and the platform itself. This is how that content is produced:

  • Authorship. Articles are published under the byline of the RumiEX Editorial Team rather than individual names. We may use software tools, including AI-based writing tools, to help research, draft and check articles. Every article is reviewed by the team before it is published.
  • Accuracy. Factual claims are checked against primary or authoritative sources — regulators, standards bodies, peer-reviewed research and official project documentation — and those sources are listed at the end of each article. Where a figure is approximate or a finding is debated, the article says so.
  • No invented evidence. We don't publish made-up statistics, testimonials, case studies or performance claims. Worked examples in articles are illustrations, and are labelled as such.
  • Platform claims. Descriptions of RumiEX features reflect how the platform actually works at the time of writing. When features change, articles are updated, and the "updated" date at the top of each article shows when.
  • No advice. Articles are educational. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not recommend any particular trade or product.
  • Risk. Articles that discuss trading products explain their risks, including regulatory restrictions where they apply.
  • Corrections. If you believe an article contains an error, please tell us through the support page. We review every report and correct mistakes promptly.

Who RumiEX is for

RumiEX is for people who want to learn and practise trading with professional-grade charts, and for traders who want charts, orders and accounts in one place. It suits people who value a structured approach — a written plan, defined risk, a journal — over excitement.

It is not for anyone looking for guaranteed income, anyone who would be trading money they can't afford to lose, or anyone in a country where the products offered are not permitted. If trading is causing you financial or personal distress, the right step is to stop and talk to someone you trust.

Risk and regulation

Trading involves risk, and you can lose the money you trade with. Some products — including fixed-time Up/Down trades and forex trading through certain platforms — are restricted or prohibited for retail customers in some jurisdictions. For example, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority prohibits the sale of binary options to retail consumers, and the Reserve Bank of India has cautioned that residents may only undertake forex transactions with authorised persons and on authorised platforms. Before trading with real money on any platform, including ours, check that doing so is permitted where you live.

Accessibility and display

RumiEX supports light and dark themes: it opens in the dark theme, and the theme toggle switches to light whenever you prefer. Accessibility settings let you increase text size, switch to a high-contrast mode and reduce motion, and your choices are remembered on your device. Charts and pages are designed to work on screens from phones to large monitors.

Feedback

We build RumiEX around how traders actually use it. If something is confusing, missing or not working as described — on the platform or in any article — please tell us through the support page. Reports of errors in our content are especially welcome: accuracy is the standard we hold the blog to, and readers are often the first to spot something that has changed.

Contact

Questions, feedback and support requests go through the in-app support ticket system, where our team responds directly. Visit the support page to open a ticket. RumiEX support will never ask for your password or one-time login codes.

In summary

RumiEX is a single workspace for charting, trading and account management across currencies, crypto, commodities and stocks, with a funded demo wallet on every account. It is built around clear charts, defined risk and honest communication — and its blog is written to the same standards: sourced, plainly worded about risk, and free of invented evidence.
